Your comfort is primary concern. The head rest can be adjusted, There are bolsters and pillow available to ensure a comfortable position. All clients are asked to dress down to their comfort level and will be professionally draped according to industry standards for the protection of both the client and therapist.
Many people ask about the placement of their hands and arms. There are many options from being by your side to hanging off the edge of the table. Your comfort is most important and April will gently more your arms if the session requires that. No need to worry or help, your job is to relax.

Life happens to all of us at times. I will do my best to provide as long of a session as I can if you are late to your appointment, ultimately, the time you book is yours and I am most often unable to extend past that time due to other clients sessions. In the event of a no-show, the session is subject to full charge. Though I do reserve the right to waive that charge due to emergency situations. Please reach out as soon as you can if you will be late or can't show up.
